Blueberries are an important source of antioxidants, a natural health booster for your body.
Throw them in a blender with some yoghurt and milk and you get a deliciously refreshing snack that your immune system can enjoy as well.
Blueberry and mint smoothie
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of blueberries
- 250ml skimmed milk
- 200 grams low-fat yoghurt
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 300 grams of ice cubes
Preparation:
- Clean the blueberries, remove the stems.
- Place the milk, yogurt and blueberries in a blender. Mix everything on the highest setting until you get a creamy result.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Decorate with some mint sprigs and extra blueberries.
