Blueberries are an important source of antioxidants, a natural health booster for your body.

Throw them in a blender with some yoghurt and milk and you get a deliciously refreshing snack that your immune system can enjoy as well.

Blueberry and mint smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of blueberries
  • 250ml skimmed milk
  • 200 grams low-fat yoghurt
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 300 grams of ice cubes

Preparation:

  • Clean the blueberries, remove the stems.
  • Place the milk, yogurt and blueberries in a blender. Mix everything on the highest setting until you get a creamy result.
  • Add the ice cubes.
  • Decorate with some mint sprigs and extra blueberries.
