Opt for a unique mix of quality meat.
An unusual mix of garnishes adds spice and character. And you can always taste quality! You can ask a butcher to coarsely chop a specific piece of meat. For example, ask for minced beef from the neck, ribs and breast. This mix has a good meat to fat ratio and is finger-licking good!
Add a special ingredient.
Peanut butter, eggs, bacon, onion, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, peppers, carrot, salami, grated cheese and mushrooms are delicious ingredients to add to mixed minced meat.
