OUR FRUIT OF THE MONTH FOR JULY NATURALLY GOES VERY WELL WITH HOT WEATHER... But have you ever made ice cream of it? WONDERFULLY REFRESHING!

Ingredients

  • 150 grams cherries
  • White chocolate flakes
  • 90 grams vanilla sugar
  • 130 ml cherry syrup
  • 500 ml whipped cream

Preparation

  • Put the cherry syrup in a pan, heat it and let the sugar dissolve in it. Then leave it to cool in the fridge.
  • Remove the pips from the cherries and chop them finely.
  • Whip the cream and mix it with the cherries and syrup.
  • Make ice cream from it with an ice cream maker.
  • Serve on a hot summer day with some subtle white chocolate flakes.
