OUR FRUIT OF THE MONTH FOR JULY NATURALLY GOES VERY WELL WITH HOT WEATHER... But have you ever made ice cream of it? WONDERFULLY REFRESHING!
Ingredients
- 150 grams cherries
- White chocolate flakes
- 90 grams vanilla sugar
- 130 ml cherry syrup
- 500 ml whipped cream
Preparation
- Put the cherry syrup in a pan, heat it and let the sugar dissolve in it. Then leave it to cool in the fridge.
- Remove the pips from the cherries and chop them finely.
- Whip the cream and mix it with the cherries and syrup.
- Make ice cream from it with an ice cream maker.
- Serve on a hot summer day with some subtle white chocolate flakes.
