WHO DOESN'T LIKE RASPBERRIES? TURN THEM INTO YOGHURT AND YOU GET A FINGER-LICKING DESSERT!
Ingredients
100 gr raspberries
1 sheet of gelatine
1 pot of cream cheese
Honey
1 egg
Preparation
Wash the raspberries
Mix them in a blender together with the yoghurt and honey.
Melt the gelatine in 1 tablespoon of boiling water.
Beat the egg white.
Stir the gelatine into the raspberry yoghurt.
Add the egg white foam.
Leave everything in small jars in the fridge for four hours.
