Battle of the Chefs
Every year, to celebrate the hard work of our people and to give them a chance to showcase their craft to all their colleagues, we have a small get-together, dubbed: the Battle of the Chefs.
Every team takes part in the preliminary rounds to convince the judges of our own Food Forum. The 10 best teams are selected for the final, live cooking round at Tour&Taxis.
Goal: To find the best Compass chef team of the year
Mission: Deliver 5 perfect main courses and desserts, following strict guidelines on ingredients, content (no sugar, low fat) and preparation. Also taken into account: the amount of food waste in the preparation process.
