On Monday, 9 September 2024, Gault&Millau Catering presented the Gault&Millau Catering Awards for the sixth time. These awards recognise collective kitchens and, for the third time, event caterers that have distinguished themselves in various categories and themes within the sector.
We are proud to announce that Compass Group Belgium has won the HR Award for Employee Well-being and Talent Management in Collective Kitchens. This recognition is entirely due to the hard work and dedication of the HR team.
First-ever HR Award Presentation
This year, the HR Award was presented for the first time to both collective kitchens and event caterers. Gault&Millau acknowledges the efforts caterers make in the areas of employee well-being, training, and talent management.
Other Awards in the Event Catering Category
Compass Group Belgium also received awards within our event catering segment, specifically for our subsidiary caterers Silverspoon and Gourmet Invent.

- Event Catering Chef of the Year – Bronze ex aequo for Stefaan Urkens
